Applications for induction into the Ohio Military Hall of Fame are accepted year round. If you would like to nominate someone who meets our requirements, please print our application and follow the submission instructions.

We are currently taking applications for the class of 2007 and beyond. Applicants are processed on a first come first served basis using the date we receive ALL relevant documentation.
